CANCELATION POLICY

Cancelation Policy:

1. 30-Day Notice: If you wish to cancel your membership, we
kindly ask for a written notice at least 30 days prior to your
desired cancellation date. This allows us to process your request
and ensure a smooth transition.
2. Billing Cycle: Your membership fees will continue to be charged
during the 30-day notice period. Your last payment will cover the
final 30 days of membership access.
3. Final Payment: Your final payment will be prorated based on the
number of days remaining in your notice period.
4. Membership Freeze: If you prefer to temporarily suspend your
membership instead of canceling, we offer a membership freeze
option. Please inquire at the front desk for more information.

To initiate the cancellation process, please submit your written notice to
the front desk or send an email to David@filthyfitnessclub.com. Our
staff will assist you in completing the necessary steps.
